We agree what we can support on your platform and what is included before the plan begins. Support depends on your platform and agreed access. Hosting, edit allowances and any separate costs are confirmed in writing; ongoing SEO is a separate service.

Before we get started.
What counts towards the edit allowance?
Reasonable updates to existing text, images and layouts. Website Care includes up to one hour per month; Website Care Plus includes up to two hours in total. New builds, major redesigns and complex integrations are quoted separately.
Does unused time roll over?
No. Included editing time resets each month.
What if I need more support?
Additional editing is £45 per hour. We agree any minimum charge or quotation and get your approval before exceeding the included allowance.
